How do I create a storefront?

1. Create your Storefront account here and select your Storefront URL. (OrdersSystem.com/StorefrontURL).
2. Add your products and set up your menus on your Storefront, or our team can do it for youfree of charge (a savings of $300 to help our clients weather the COVID-19 pandemic).
3. Embed your Storefront or add a link to your existing website.
4. Start taking online orders!

What are the OrdersSystem transaction fees?

Once an item sells, there is a transaction fee on the sale price (including the shipping/delivery price you set).

  • 10% fee for a Credit Card transaction that includes the payment processing fee
  • 5% fee for Wholesale/House Accounts transaction (orders placed online and paid offline)

To help our clients weather the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently offering discounted fees:

  • 8% fee for a Credit Card transaction that includes the payment processing fee
  • 4% fee for Wholesale/House Accounts transaction (orders placed online and paid offline)

How much does StoreFront cost?

  • Unmannaged Account - No monthly fees
  • Semi-Managed Account - $25 per month
  • Managed Account - $50 per month

To help our clients weather the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently offering discounted fees:

  • Unmannaged Account - No monthly fees
  • Semi-Managed Account - $20 per month
  • Managed Account - $40 per month

We will honor this discounted rates to all new Storefront registrations in the year 2020, for as long as your account is active continuously.

How do I get paid?

We accept payments through OrdersSystem payment processing when an item is ordered. At the beginning of each month we send a sales report of all your sales for the prior month, and send you the payment after deducting our fees.

Is there a registration fee?

No, registration is free of charge. Note – we do charge $1 (one dollar) at registration to prevent fraud, but we return this $1 on our first payment to you, so the registration is actually free of charge.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans registering new Storefront accounts throughout the year 2020. Normally we charge $300 for setup fee for up to 500 products. To help our clients weather the COVID-19 pandemic, we are waiving our setup fee for all registrations throughout the year 2020.

How long are your contracts?

All OrdersSystem plans are month-to-month unless you choose an annual plan.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that OrdersSystem is not the best ecommerce Storefront marketplace platform for your business, simply cancel your account.

Can I change my plan later on?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Do I have to sell the same products in-store as I do online?

No, you can choose exactly what products to sell online, in-store, or both.

What can I sell on OrdersSystem?

You can sell any product or service on your Storefront. OrdersSystem was built with time-sensitive ordering and fulfillment, so it is especially well-suited to the food industry.

Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes, Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and our desire to help businesses weather these difficult times, we are offering a 20% discount on transaction fees and a 20% discount on our monthly subscription fee.

Does OrdersSystem deliver the orders?

No, OrdersSystem does not deliver. Our clients are responsible for delivering orders to their customers.
